:**(PLEASE DELETE THIS: Font for posting = Black, Arial, 10pt size | Looking for more, division specific verbiage?****Check here)**Are you a problem solver, explorer, and knowledge seeker - always asking, "What if?"If so, then you may be the new team member we're looking for.Because at SAS, your curiosity matters - whether you're developing algorithms, creating customer experiences or answering critical questions.Curiosity is our code, and the opportunities here are endless.**What we do**We're the leader in analytics.Through our software and services, we inspire customers around the world to transform data into intelligence.Our curiosity fuels innovation, pushing boundaries, challenging the status quo and changing the way we live.**What you'll do**Accounts Payable Analyst is a member of the Accounts Payable Team in the Region and works inside the Global Accounting Services for SAS, reporting to the Supervisor of Accounts Payable in Latin America.The position is based in Mexico and the main activities are to ensure the quality for all the Supplier maintenance, Procurement, Third-Party and Intercompany invoices processing, Payments and accounting processes, creating efficienciesYou will:- Processing Accounts Payable tasks in accordance with policies and procedures.- Maintain Supplier Portal for Invoices receipt and fiscal validation.- Preparing, recording, analysis, and reporting of payables accounting transactions accurately and in compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles.- Enhance procurement, third-party and Intercompany payments by providing clear follow up with Suppliers and involved departments.- Maintain Accounts Payable aging, perform daily invoices processing effort, and process payments on a timely basis.- Maintains accurate accounting records and compiles reports, as needed.- Maintaining accurate supplier accounts by entering, verifying, and backing up data.- Resolving problems, completing audits, testing and implementing system improvements.- Collaborate in the Oracle Fusion's implementation project for the Region on the Accounts Payable module, ensuring consistency with the statutory and business requirements.**What we're looking for**- Associate's degree in accounting, finance or administration.- Courses and diploma in Taxes, Accounting, Controlling, Project Management, Finance, etc.- At least 4 years of experience in Accounting and/or Accounts Payable.- Intermediate English level**Other knowledge, skills, and abilities**- Analytical Skills and attention to detail- Communication and negotiation skills- Strong ethics and firm in convictions, even under pressure- Continuous seek of improvement**Why SAS**- We love living the #SASlife and believe that happy, healthy people have a passion for life, and bring that energy to work.No matter what your specialty or where you are in the world, your unique contributions will make a difference.- Our multi-dimensional culture blends our different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.Here, it isn't about fitting into our culture, it's about adding to it - and we can't wait to see what you'll bring.**Additional Information**:Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.The level of this position will be determined based on the applicant's education, skills and experience.Resumes may be considered in the order they are received.
