**Accounting | Bookkeeping - Work-from-Home | Full time**We are looking for an Accounting Clerk /Bookkeeper to join an American luxury travel trailer company based in California.As the Accounting Clerk / Bookkeeper you will be performing general office tasks like organizing and delivering documents, filling reports, updating records and communicating with vendors.You also will be in charge of making all purchase orders in Quickbooks Desktop and to reconcile all bank accounts and credit cards.**Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 4:30 pm (PST) and Fridays, 6 am to 11 am (PST)****WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY LOOKS LIKE**:- Send purchasing orders to vendors or place orders in online system- Upload purchasing orders to Dropbox for Receiving Team- Follow up with Vendors on expected ship dates- Follow up with Vendors on any backorders- Enter all Invoices- Pay all bills in QuickBooks & in Bank of America CashPro- Reconcile all bank accounts and credit cards**IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE**:- Exceptional Quickbooks Desktop knowledge (Must Have)- Great at Excel (Must Have)- Experience working with Vendors- Experience with Asana tool- Strong communication skills- Proficient English (interviews will be conducted in english)- Prior remote work experience (a plus)- Accounting / Finance background**PERKS**:- Permanently work from home- US business hoursPay: $23,****** - $27,****** per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have your own computer to work with?**Experience**:- Quickbooks Desktop: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Proficient English (required)
