Financial Leadership RoleThis role encompasses the overall management of our financial activities.Main responsibilities:- Leading a team to support business growth and development from a financial perspective- Ensuring all financial reporting and practices are aligned with statutory requirements and corporate policies- Providing expert analysis and evaluations on financial, accounting, planning & forecasting to drive results- Maintaining effective internal control systems and collaborating with external and internal auditors to enhance control procedures- Managing local treasury - cash flow and forecasting functionsRequired Skills and Qualifications:- A minimum of 15 years' experience in finance, with at least 5 years managing a team- Fluency in English; Spanish and Chinese arehighly valued but not essential- University graduate or above in accounting or finance-related fields, holding a CPC/CPA/CMA/ACCA or equivalent qualification- Strong business, analytical, operational, and leadership skillsKey Performance Indicators:- Effective management of financial resources- Strategic planning and forecasting- Leadership and team management- Compliance and risk management
