Transactional / Business LawyerWe are hiring an experienced legal professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to complex transactions in a global industrial setting.ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including procurement agreements, customer agreements, vendor contracts, and basic real estate documents.Provide legal support for transactions and general corporate matters.Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth execution.Advise on legal risks and elevate issues when necessary.QualificationsLaw degree and licensed to practice law in the country of residence within Latin America.7+ years of experience in corporate transactions and contract work.Strong background in local law; working knowledge of Andean law is a plus.Prior in‑house experience with an industrial manufacturing company preferred; automotive sector experience is a super plus.Additional InformationEmployment type: Part‑timeSeniority level: Mid‑Senior levelJob function: LegalIndustries: Business Consulting and ServicesOnly resumes submitted in English will be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
