**Req ID**: ******We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Culiacán, Sinaloa (MX-SIN), Mexico (MX).Agile Business AnalystHow You'll Help Us:As a Product Owner / Senior Agile Business Analyst, you are fully responsible for representing the needs of the customer to the development team.After analyzing business needs, you will help our developers know what they need in the final product.Finally, as business needs change and stakeholders make new requests, you will add additional user stories and groom the backlog so developers are always working on the most important customer needs.You will also help us by viewing this opportunity as not only a job, but also a chance to grow your career.Given your wide responsibilities, there will be lots of opportunity for professional development.At NTT DATA, we pride ourselves on developing our people, and whether it is getting a certification or connecting you with helpful training, we will help aid your professional advancement.Why the Role is Important:You will ensure that everything we produce provides maximum value to the customer.Your combination of technical and interpersonal skills will ensure that our products are always answering the most critical business needs of our clients.Finally, your leadership will also synergize developer and stakeholder understanding of business requirements.Once You Are Here, You Will:- Facilitate the discovery of functional and non-functional requirements and document in the form of epics, stories, wireframes, diagrams, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.- Build, organize and maintain the project/team backlog over the course of the project, often serving as a partner and mentor for a client Product Owner.- Facilitate the ongoing backlog grooming process, including defining business value and priority, organizing/selecting stories for upcoming sprints and organizing the backlog into a high-level release roadmap.- Communicate requirements to stakeholders; ensure developers and testers understand the stories and have a common understanding on how the user story will be built, implemented, and tested.- Analyze new requests from stakeholders and determine if the request is a new story, a modification to an existing story, or already covered in an existing story and add to backlog as appropriate.- Provide coaching and mentoring to agile teams and Jr Product Owners.- Ensure requirements cover the scope as defined in the SOW, identify deviations from the SOW and communicate deviations to project leadership in support of the change control process.- Identify, communicate, and break down features into an MVP and roadmap.- Ensure stories are "ready" for upcoming sprints.- Develop user stories from prioritized features in collaboration with Product Manager and Business Stakeholders.- Strive to maintain a holistic view of the product and ensure that the end-to-end experience is strong.- Participate in all scrum ceremonies and facilitate team level ceremonies and events.- Train team on requirements processes and tools in use for the project and provide thought leadership to teams and exercise leadership.Optional Responsibilities:- Establish a requirements management strategy for the project, which describes; process for elicitation, documentation standards and format, tools, meeting cadence, backlog grooming process, review & approval process, change process, and communications processes- Perform functional testing- Review testing issues and determine if the issue is a bug or behaving as expected- Write user acceptance test UAT scripts- Facilitate user acceptance testing- Write training materials and train new users- Assist with content entry and verification tasks- Support portfolio product alignment across Teams within the same ART or Portfolio.Required Qualifications:- 3-5 years' experience as Sr Agile Business Analyst or Product Owner- 1-3 years' experience with technology interface and agile experience- 1-3 years' experience as Product Owner for more than one Team simultaneously- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience- Able to travel as needed for project assignments (25%-50%) after pandemic when travel returns to normalPreferred:- Scrum Master or Product Owner Certification- Experience with Agile management tools (e.g. VersionOne, Jira, Jira Align, Rally)Ideal Mindset:- Analytical.You consider all of the available information and patiently listen to stakeholders and can identify the best path forward.- Organized.You keep wide amounts of information organized and prepared to be presented to relevant stakeholders.- Courageous.You are able to respectfully speak up when the need arises, especially when it is something people do not want to hear.Applications should include a resume.**About NTT DATA Services****NTT DATA Services is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without
