**Job Purpose**:Responsible of E2E Supply Chain Operational (Short-Term) & Tactical (Mid & Long-Term) Planning Processes for Carib + OpCos in Americas Region, including Demand Planning, Production Planning (Brewing & Packaging), Finished Goods Import Planning and Distribution/Replenishment Planning.Participate as a key contributor and stakeholder in OpCo S&OP Monthly Cycle and work in close collaboration with local S&OP Manager as main source of Insights/data/information for all Demand & Supply discussion.Ensure the defined Planning Governance Framework and Ways of Working between Regional Hub and local Planning team are embedded within the OpCos org.& processes, including adherence to Heineken Global Standards and Methodologies regarding Planning Capabilities.**What we look for**:- **Years/Experience**: 4-5 Years in Supply Chain Planning areas- **Education**: Bachelor- **English level**: High (Fluent)- **Trips Frequency**: Low (1-2 Trips per Year)- **Areas of Knowledge / Expertise**: Demand & Supply Planning, Replenishment & Inventory Planning, Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
