Client Data AnalystCountry: MexicoRESPONSABILIDADES/ FUNCIONES:- Realizar el alta, mantenimiento y baja de datos relativos a Clientes y no Clientes en los sistemas del Banco, incluyendo el mantenimiento de información operativa como las instrucciones de liquidación, las vías de confirmación y las cuentas de clientes.- Garantizar la integridad de la información que se registra en los sistemas, aplicando los controles necesarios y gestionando la resolución de diferencias.- Escalado oportuno y resolución de las incidencias que se puedan resolver de manera autónoma.- Participación en proyectos que afecten los procesos dentro del área, coordinando con otras áreas que podrían a su vez estar afectadas por estos cambios.- Asegurar la correcta gestión y priorización de las tareas, para cumplimiento de SLA y nível de satisfacción de clientes internos.FORMACIÓN/EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA PARA LA POSICIÓN- Licenciatura/Grado en ADE, Ciencias Empresariales, Ciencias Económicas o equivalente.- Valorable conocimiento en productos de Mercados.- 2 a 3 años de experiência en tareas relacionadas con mantenimientos de bases de datos de clientes.- Inglés avanzado- LUGAR DE TRABAJO: QUERETARO
