M&A Manager page is loaded## M&A Managertime type : Full timeposted on : Posted 30+ Days Agojob requisition id : RJob SummaryVolaris Group is looking for an M&A Manager to join the M&A team of one of its rapidly growing portfolios.The candidate will have a mandate to lead M&A transactions in the vertical market software space, with focus on Spanish speaking Latin America countries.The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who can thrive with minimal oversight.The role will entail leading M&A transactions during their entire cycle: from sourcing potential targets to signing NDAs, requesting information, performing valuations, issuing indicative offers, signing letters of intent, performing due diligence, and negotiating contracts to sign and close deals.Job DescriptionPosition: M&A ManagerLocation: Preference for someone based in Latin America or CanadaVolaris Group, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc.
