Unitalent Consultancy OÜ, in partnership with Flatworld, is helping a US-based startup working in the commercial real estate market search for a LLM & NLP Data Scientist. The candidate must be based in Latin America .Salary range: 70-80K USD/year + EquityResponsibilitiesApply technical skills in large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) to revolutionize how we process and transform information.You will work closely with our AI leadership, engineering, data science, and product teams to develop, implement and deploy cutting-edge LLM and NLP solutions using LangChain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Graph RAG.Conduct research and experiments with LLMs to enhance our data processing and analytical capabilities.Assist in developing and deploying machine learning models, leveraging both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.Perform advanced statistical analyses to derive insights and build predictive models that support business objectives.Continuously explore new techniques and tools in the LLM and NLP space to keep Cherre at the forefront of AI innovation.Work with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM solutions into our existing platforms and services.Utilize your strong foundation in statistics and machine learning to ensure robust and reliable model development.RequirementsHungry for growth and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Have strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Have a passion for AI and data science, with a keen interest in the latest developments in LLMs and NLP.Have a Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.Have 3+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on machine learning, NLP, or related areas.Are highly proficient in Python and have experience with libraries and frameworks relevant to NLP and LLMs.Got strong SQL skills and cloud experienceHave commercial experience building RAG, Graph RAG, Fine Tuning and deploying solutions using LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar technologies.Have solid foundation in statistical methods, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series analysis.Got experience applying machine learning algorithms such as decision trees, clustering, neural networks, and natural language processing techniques.Commercial Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and DBT experienceExposure to real estate data or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to leveraging AI for business solutions.A fully remote positionCompetitive Compensation PackageEquity (Stock Options)Inclusive work environmentB2B contractPaid parental leaveEducational creditUnlimited VacationAn environment that encourages learning and development #J-18808-Ljbffr
