**Descripción empresa**:Somos una empresa 100% mexicana con más de 25 años de experiência en conectar el talento con las empresas.**Misión del cargo**:responsable de la toma de decisiones relacionadas con la logística o el departamento logístico de una empresa**Funciones del cargo**:Empresa del giro de transporte federal del carga terrestre solicita:Logistic Coordinator**Ubicación**: Monterrey, N.L.**Main Responsibilities**:- Make sure clients receive requested services in a timely fashion ensuring successful completion of day-to-day commitments.- Service multiple clients concurrently, always meeting deadlines- Manage customer expectations through the creation and utilization of metrics- Collaborate with Account Managers and sales team to reach prospective clients.- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary- Tracking shipments and making sure pickup and deliveries are made on time- Preparing bills- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards**Other responsibilities**:- Performs other related activities or projects as delegated.**Qualifications**:- Bilingual English/Spanish required.- Entrepreneurial and competitive spirit, passion, self-motivation- Enthusiastic, influential and persuasive (sales mentality)- Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software.- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.- Excellent communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving.- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, engineering or related field is required.**Experience**: Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of previous experience logistics is required.Or 3 years of comparable experience in Logistics/Transportation industry.Sueldo ************* mensuales mas prestaciones superiores a la ley**Requisitos**:Ingles avanzado**Condiciones Oferta**:
