**Vacante para la empresa GS HEADHUNTER LATAM en Polanco -Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México**:**Position Summary**:The Retail Application Support Analyst will have a technical background with Retail POS as well as ERP systemsImportant Non-Negotiable Considerations:The job is ON-SITE in Polanco for at least the first 3 months, after which it will transition to a hybrid work model.A minimum of 80% proficiency in spoken and written English is required.**Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following**:- Understand and support retail business processes and functionality focused but not limited to Point of Sale front- Participate in and contribute to US and international IT related Retail projects- Gather and document business requirements, processes changes and workflows- Integrate and implement new processes and solutions into existing system landscape- Support formal testing conducted by the business for system modifications and fixes- Manage and monitor system communication (interfaces)- Create/edit training documentation using a variety of media- Provide end-user and internal training- Proven ability to work independently and ability to handle multiple project in an organized manner**Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT/ Software engineering from an accredited college or university- 5 years' experience in similar roles- Able to interface with internal customer and IT Management to communicate complex ideas clearly- Able to grasp complex technical concepts quickly and produce detailed requirements documents- Experience in supporting and configuring Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS) system- Knowledge of Xstore modules, including sales, inventory, and promotions- Proficiency in SAP Retail, SAP CAR, and SAP AFS modules, with hands-on experience in configuration and support- Understanding of integration points between SAP Retail, SAP CAR, SAP AFS, and other enterprise systems- Familiarity with SOVIA (Store Operations Visibility and Insight Analytics) for real-time monitoring- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize SOVIA for better performance- Expertise in supporting SIVIS (Store Inventory Visibility and Intelligence System)- Knowledge of SIVIS data structures and ability to perform data analysis- Knowledge of any CRM or eCommerce solutions is preferred- Gather and document business requirements, processes changes and workflows- Create/edit training documentation using a variety of media- Able to occasionally travel internationally - valid passport required.- Analytical, independent, structured, and careful work attitude, as well as organizational talent and assertiveness- Speaking other languages like German, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.- Able to lift 50lbs**Your benefits**:Salary gross: $60,000 to $65,000 monthly.Robust compensation package above the legal requirements.Flexible office hours.Birthday offExclusive employee discountsComprehensive wellness programs to promote health & well-being.Continuous developmentLife and career plan**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Gerencial**Función departamental**:Tecnología / Internet**Industria**:Comercio al por menor / Minorista o Retail**Habilidades**:- SAP Retail- xStore- SOVIA
