We are looking for a driven Debt recovery specialist and claim Investigator to join our Mexico City office and play a key role in helping credit-insurance companies recover claims worldwide. What You Will Do: Lead on-site visits with importers across Mexico, Latin America, and the Caribbean.Secure claim recognition, creating and implementing tailored recovery and settlement strategies.Tackle non-payment issues, resolving disputes through strategic negotiation and investigation.Gather crucial evidence and work alongside shipping agencies and customs to uncover key import details. Your Qualifications: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).A degree in law, international commerce, or a related field.Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to drive successful resolutions.Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and investigations.Experience in international trade, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), or collections is a plus.
