Job Title: ISO AuditorLocation: Mexico - HybridAbout the RoleAre you a skilled information security professional with a passion for high-quality auditing and a drive to make a global impact?At BSI, we're seeking an ISO Auditor to join our growing team.In this dynamic and hybrid role, you'll work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering audits that ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and promote continual improvement in information security management systems.As part of our mission to inspire trust for a more resilient world, you'll apply your knowledge of ISO standards and auditing best practices to help organizations protect their information assets and strengthen their cyber resilience.Join a company where integrity, inclusion, and continuous learning are at the heart of everything we do.In your day to day, you will be responsible forAudit Delivery & Leadership: Conduct audits (on-site or remote) of ISO Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), either as a Lead Auditor or team member.Lead audit teams when required, mentoring and coaching junior auditors for development and consistency.Client Engagement: Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, timely audit scheduling, and positive client experiences.Communicate findings clearly and effectively, offering value-driven insights and recommendations.Audit Planning & Execution: Oversee the complete audit cycle – planning, coordination, travel logistics, execution, and reporting.Maintain audit documentation in BSI systems, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance.Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement – both in client organizations and internally at BSI.Support special projects and contribute to broader business goals as needed.Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training to maintain and expand auditing credentials.Progress from Assessor to Lead Assessor in alignment with a structured development plan.To be successful in the roleRelevant Experience: Minimum of 4 years in IT roles, with at least 2 years specifically focused on information security.Experience with ISMS implementation, consulting, or auditing (internal or external) is highly desirable.Qualifications & Certifications: Associate's degree or higher (or equivalent work experience).Preferred certifications: ISO / IEC Lead Auditor, CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.Technical & Interpersonal Skills: Strong understanding of ISO management system auditing practices, especially ISO / IEC.Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital documentation systems.Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.Ability to influence, analyze complex systems, and adapt to evolving audit requirements.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (required).Travel Requirements: This is a hybrid role with a strong focus on remote work; however, high availability for travel is essential.Travel may include air and ground transportation across domestic and international client locations.Why BSI?At BSI, we are shaping a safer, more secure, and more sustainable world through our assessment, training, and certification services.As an ISO Auditor, you will be on the frontlines of advancing integral cyber resilience and helping clients achieve business excellence.We offerCompetitive salary & benefitsFlexible working arrangementsCareer growth & certification supportA global, inclusive team environmentDiversity & InclusionBSI is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.We're committed to creating an inclusive environment that values diversity and where everyone feels empowered to contribute their unique perspective.AccommodationsIf you require accommodations during the recruitment process, please let us know.We are here to support your journey with us.Ready to join our team?If you're passionate about information security, compliance, and working with a world-leading standards organization, apply now and become part of BSI's legacy of excellence.#J-*****-Ljbffr
