**What you will do**- Proactively collaborate/ communicate with internal stakeholders, designers, researchers, product managers, vendors, and developers, by understanding business needs and product requirements;- Translate user needs and product requirements into conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes;- Develop sound UX concepts, including the definition of internal user needs, task analysis, the creation of scenarios and use cases as well as providing design QA for the development team;- Deliver effective documentation and communication of design - via clear visual presentation and detailed annotation;- Ability to be scrappy and adaptable for shifting timelines/ priorities;- Be responsible for and effectively advocate for users in a fast-paced, corporate climate, imparting day-to-day design advocate that fosters a shared understanding of the user-centric intersection between design, content, business, and engineering.**Must haves**- Bachelor degree in UX Design, HCI, or related fields;- Online portfolio to showcase your ability to solve complex problems is a must;- Familiar using Jira and Confluence, able to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment;- Able to play well and thrives in collaboration with our partners and stakeholders;- Ability to see the larger picture and work with partners to pro-actively organize work accordingly;- Expert knowledge of Figma and other prototyping tools.**Nice to haves**- 3+ years of experience in designing pricing/promotion tools or internal tooling that support ecommerce sites, having vendor management experience is a plus;- Familiar with setting up usability testing as well as delivering research insights is a plus;- Experience in global feature rollout or managing multiple brands at the same time is a plus.**The benefits of joining us**- **Professional growth**Accelerate your professional journey with mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps- **Competitive compensation**We match your ever-growing skills, talent, and contributions with competitive USD-based compensation and budgets for education, fitness, and team activities- **A selection of exciting projects**Join projects with modern solutions development and top-tier clients that include Fortune 500 enterprises and leading product brands- **Flextime**Tailor your schedule for an optimal work-life balance, by having the options of working from home and going to the office - whatever makes you the happiest and most productive.**Job Types**: Contract, Full-timeWork Location: In person
