At ABB, we help industries outrun - leaner and cleaner.Here, progress is an expectation - for you, your team, and the world.As a global market leader, we'll give you what you need to make it happen.It won't always be easy, growing takes grit.But at ABB, you'll never run alone.Run what runs the worldThis Position reports to:Service ManagerIn this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Sales organization and customers to create, design, and develop value-added proposals for Service Projects (Motors and Drives).Your expertise, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate and negotiate with multiple stakeholders will be essential to the success of these projects.The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Motion Service Division in Mexico.**Your Role: Own the Challenge**- Ensure the timely and accurate creation of Service Agreements through coordination with relevant stakeholders.- Integrate the full Service Portfolio into value-added proposals.- Manage all aspects of the agreement process, including technical, financial, legal, product management, and risk assessments.- Foster and maintain positive customer relationships throughout the sales process.- Analyze and report on Service Agreement outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement and increased success.**Qualifications**- 1-3 years of experience with service or maintenance agreements, including technical-commercial proposal preparation and contract negotiation.- Solid knowledge of motors and drives.- Advanced English proficiency.- Availability to travel.- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.**What's in it for you**We empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.You'll grow through meaningful work, continuous learning, and support that's tailored to your goals.Every idea you share and every action you take contributes to something bigger.
