As Talent Acquisition Partner at LRQA you will be responsible for providing guidance as a subject‑matter expert and helping to develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies, build relationships with key stakeholders, and handle complex recruitment challenges across North America and LATAM countries. You will leverage Talent Insights to guide our hiring community and support ad‑hoc projects from time to time. This role can be offered as hybrid from our Monterrey office, with some flexibility for remote work from other locations across Mexico. How will you make a difference Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored inclusive recruitment strategies. Lead job‑scoping conversations to define role requirements and success profiles. Source diverse talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and events. Conduct thoughtful and engaging interviews, assessing both technical fit and cultural alignment. Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing LRQA’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and inclusive culture. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and respectful experience for candidates and hiring teams. Use data and talent insights to inform decisions and influence stakeholders. Hold hiring managers accountable as part of the hiring process. What will you bring Essential Minimum of 7‑10 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a fast‑paced global environment (a blend of in‑house and RPO, providing talent as a service) across North America and LATAM countries. Strong sourcing expertise across technical and complex skill sets, using Boolean or X‑Ray techniques. Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills. Strategic mindset with a data‑driven approach to recruitment. High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity. Collaborative team player with a passion for knowledge sharing. Relentless client focus and a solutions‑oriented approach. Bi‑lingual English and Spanish (written and verbal). Desirable Proficiency in applicant tracking systems. Executive search experience. Selection Process Initial conversation with a member of the Global Talent Acquisition Team. Case study assessment. Final interview focused on values and behaviours.
