Company DescriptionFor more than 265 years, JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS (JDE) is inspired by its belief that it's amazing what can happen over a cup of coffee or tea.We are fuelled by our purpose of unleashing the possibilities of coffee and tea to create a better future.Today, our coffee & tea portfolio is available in more than 100 developed and emerging markets, through a portfolio of over 50 brands that collectively cover the entire category landscape led by leading household names such as L'OR, Jacobs, Senseo, Tassimo, Douwe Egberts, Old Town, Super, Pickwick and Moccona.**Since **** we have successfully entered Mexican market, showing the magical aroma that characterizes Jacobs so much and ensuring that consumer find us in their preferred store.****Job Description**:Manage and negotiating with customers directly the volume of seasons, initiatives, promotions and the correct replenishment, as well as giving visibility to the company of these negotiations to be able to carry out the complete sales process from inventory request to invoice collection.**Qualifications**:- Consult & download all the customers orders from websites, portals & EDI;- Enter the orders into JDE MX SAP;- Confirm & align the deliveries with 3PL;- Coordinate with Finance Analyst to get the customers invoices and send them to 3PL to attach to deliveries;- Follow up deliveries to customers with 3PL;- Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data;- Research and seek out the most cost-efficient shipment procedures and methods;- Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects;- Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with vendors while promoting company initiatives and values;- Assist in promoting a positive image and business relationship with business partners and vendors;- Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain department by reviewing current methodology and processes.Additional Information- Industrial Engineer or Business Admin professional;- English Fluent;- Experience analysing and improving supply chain data, information and processes;- High-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes;- Previous experience with supply chain processes preferred;- Experience working in and maintaining databases using Microsoft Excel and others relevant to company processes;- SAP knowledge preferred;- Professional communication skills when conversing and negotiating with vendors.
