The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing cases from intake through settlement while working in a remote environment.This is a long-term opportunity for professionals looking to grow within the legal field while working with top U.S. attorneys.Key ResponsibilitiesManage personal injury cases from intake to resolutionPersonal Injury (PI) experience preferredMaintain consistent communication with clients, attorneys, and medical providersRequest, review, and organize medical records and billsTrack treatment progress, demand packages, and settlement statusesCoordinate liens, subrogation, and case documentationUpdate case management systems accurately and consistentlyEnsure all deadlines and follow-ups are completed on timeSupport attorneys with trial preparation when neededRequirementsMinimum 2+ years of experienceas a Case Manager in aU.S. Personal Injury law firm(Preferred)Strong understanding of:Motor vehicle accidentsPremises liabilitySlip & fallInsurance claims and negotiationsExperience with legal software such as:Filevine, Litify, Clio, MyCase, SmartAdvocate (or similar)Excellent English communication skills (Bilingual preferred)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesReliable computer, headset, andhigh-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps)Ability to work independently in a remote environmentWhat We Offer100% remote positionCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceStable long-term placement with U.S. law firmsProfessional growth and developmentSupportive recruiting and onboarding team
