ERP Solution Architect We are looking for an ERP Solution Architect to join our team for a multinational leader in the international organizations and digital services sector. Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of complex ERP solutions within integrated enterprise technology landscapes. Translate business requirements into technical ERP architectures and solution blueprints. Define platform roadmaps, module adoption plans, and integration strategies aligned with enterprise architecture. Ensure solutions adhere to ERP platform best practices in terms of performance, scalability, and security. Review new ERP platform features and recommend enhancements to existing solutions. Guide governance processes and enforce standards for development, release management, and platform usage. Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct impact assessments, cost-benefit analysis, and risk evaluations for proposed solutions. Lead design reviews and validate technical implementations. Support platform upgrades, architectural refactoring, and performance optimization. Serve as a subject matter expert on ERP platform capabilities, limitations, and roadmap. Ensure artificial intelligence features are implemented to maximize user performance within organizational guardrails. Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications In-depth expertise in modern ERP platform architectures, including multi-company strategy, data architecture, and integration frameworks. Proven experience designing and implementing secure, enterprise-grade ERP systems leveraging full platform security capabilities. Advanced configuration and scripting skills. Strong knowledge of AI technologies and AI features within ERP platforms. Expertise integrating ERP solutions with external systems using modern iPaaS platforms. Experience with CI / CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control. Knowledge of ERP platform performance tuning, security controls, and access governance. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and cloud-native design. Hands-on ability to validate design feasibility with development teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and IT service management practices (ITIL). Relevant ERP Platform Architect certifications or equivalent.
