**Summary**Responsible for managing the supply chain to meet customer demands, from planning the product to be manufactured to delivery at the point of shipment and plant capacity, optimizing the processes and resources required.**Your Role**- Manages the flow of Materials to meet the Client's demands.- Manages the Processes and Resources (Internal and External) required to produce and deliver the Finished Products.- Ensures the Supply of Raw Material and Short and Long Term Program the needs to maintain an optimal level of Inventory to comply with the Production Program.-Responsible for the following areas: Inventory Control, Warehouse (raw material and finished product) and Traffic operations, Production Control, Customer Service.**Your Background**- Leadership / Initiative / Problem Solving Techniques / Decision Making- Organization of Work Area- Experience in inventory control, supplier management, production control -Analytical capacity- +5 years of experience in managerial positions.- Advanced English- Operating System Procedures for PC&L (MFG Connection, Ordering OS, Scheduling OS, Customer Service OS)- Knowledge of MRP & MPS- Knowledge of TPS preferred- SAP, knowledge of custom spreadsheets- Management of personnel (Operational and professional)Aptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.
