??ServiceNow Expert – Remote from LATAM (Costa Rica Time) – Advanced English??Location:100% Remote from LATAM (aligned toCosta Rica timezone) ??Schedule:Monday–Friday,8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST???Language:Advanced English (C1 required) ??Start Date:ASAPWe are looking for aServiceNow Expertto join a global finance automation team, acting as the technical lead for architecture, solution design, and platform governance.???Job ResponsibilitiesAct as thetechnical leadfor ServiceNow architecture within the Automation team, ensuring alignment with global finance objectives.Participate in stakeholder and client discussions to advise on technical solution design.Conduct requirement analysis and translate business needs into detailed technical designs.Review and validate business requirements for technical feasibility.Mentor developers and functional teams onServiceNow best practices.Oversee release management, update sets, and runbook maintenance.Ensure scalability, maintainability, and security in all technical designs.Perform peer reviews and quality checks to maintain architectural integrity.Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps proactively, recommending mitigation strategies.??Minimum Requirements8+ yearsof hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.3+ yearsin a lead developer or architect role.Expertise in theCustomer Service Management (CSM)module.ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).At least oneCertified Implementation Specialist (CIS)— ITSM preferred.Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and module configuration.?Preferred QualificationsExperience mentoring developers and reviewing technical deliverables.Ability to represent technical solutions in client-facing discussions.Background supporting enterprise or regulated environments.Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.Beneficios??Benefits100% remote work from LATAMOpportunity to collaborate with an international enterpriseProfessional growth in a global ServiceNow environment??Apply now and join an expert global technology team
