Descripción Lead and develop a high-performing media team. Serve as the primary contact and ensure client objectives are met. Optimize campaign processes and reporting. Improve media efficiency and ROI. Ensure adherence to policies and industry standards. Train the team to maximize results. Support talent development and transition. Coordinate teams for integrated campaigns. Drive adoption of new technologies and automation. Perfil buscado 10+ years of experience in media buying, media operations, or digital advertising. 5+ years of experience in a leadership role. Must be business proficient in both English and Spanish. Experience in the food & beverage, CPG, or retail sectors preferred. Proven track record of building and managing large-scale media buying or shared service teams, ideally in an outsourced or hub environment. Deep knowledge of programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk), social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), and search, plus additional exposure to Amazon DSP and Google Campaign Manager. Familiarity with verification tools (DoubleVerify, IAS), CDP/1P data integrations, and taxonomy management. Strong client management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
