Delivery Associate Director We are currently seeking a Delivery Associate Director to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX). Program Manager Responsibilities 25+ Yrs experience as Program manager with IT Software experience handling large projects. Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. Coordinate and monitor activities between multiple inter connected projects / cells to ensure they align with the overall delivery goal. Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. Creating and managing long-term goals. Developing a strategy, budget and operating plan for the program. Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services. Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance. Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services. Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. Analyzing program risks. Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI Resolve projects' higher scope issues Reporting for program stakeholders Program Manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field. Proven experience in program management. Proven Leadership, organizational and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience managing a team. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. Understanding of project management. Has led teams of 50+ IT Software resources Has implemented a metrics program or managed a program against a set of metrics Expert level experience in managing and communicating to the senior level clients, i.e. Directors and above Has led a team through an implementation of new templates, processes or tools Experience with transitioning the technical and business knowledge from one team to another team Ability to create c-level status reports to the clients including metrics, issues, risks and mitigations, finance Led a team of multiple managers Experience building a team from 10 FTE to 50 or more.
