Supplier Technical Assistance Engineer (STA) Ubicación: Edo. Méx. / Naucalpan (con viajes a Norteamérica y Canadá) Industria: Automotriz | Ingeniería | Calidad de Proveedores Modalidad: Tiempo completo | Alta movilidad (3-4 días de viaje por semana) En este puesto serás la conexión clave entre la compañía y sus proveedores de primer nivel, asegurando que cada componente —desde hardware hasta electrónica de iluminación exterior— cumpla con los más altos estándares de calidad, costo y entrega. Responsabilidades Serás el punto de contacto principal para las plantas de tus proveedores, garantizando calidad y cumplimiento en cada entrega. Brindarás soporte técnico para elevar los estándares de calidad y resolverás problemas que impacten a las plantas de la compañía. Apoyarás en la certificación de proveedores (ISO, IATF, Q1) y validarás documentación APQP/PPAP. Liderarás acciones de mejora de capacidad, mitigación de riesgos y soluciones técnicas junto con equipos de liderazgo de proveedores. Impulsarás lanzamientos impecables a nivel global, garantizando que cada proveedor esté listo para soportar nuevos programas. Escalarás deficiencias críticas y apoyarás actividades interfuncionales de mitigación. Brindarás soporte en los procesos de abastecimiento de la cadena de suministro. Requisitos Licenciatura en Ingeniería o Ciencias (Industrial, Mecatrónica, Electrónica o afín). Titulado o 100% créditos. Inglés avanzado (indispensable para colaborar con equipos globales). Visa y pasaporte. Licencia de conducir (manejo en carretera). Experiencia o conocimiento en: Procesos de fabricación de componentes electrónicos / iluminación exterior. Requisitos FEMR, FEWMR, CQI-23. Sistemas de calidad (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SCCAF, GR&R). Conocimientos en resolución de problemas y mejora continua. Flexibilidad y habilidades de coaching con proveedores.
