**Responsibilities**:Your deliverables as a Director of Business Operations and Development will include, but are not limited to, the following:1) Execute the **priorities** of the CRO - operate as the 'right hand' to the sales leadership team to run the business- Drive CRO programs and initiatives, governance.- Ensure strategic and operational alignment across the function.- Provide feedback up and down the chain to enable improvement- Liaise with finance and sales operations to ensure access to data and insights to enable data-driven business decisions2) Drive new business development- Understand and continually enhance your knowledge of the markets we operate in and their changing dynamics- Develop an understanding of our competitive positioning and of our competitors' strategies- Drive agreed level of regional pipeline coverage on a rolling basis by collaborating with Global Sales, Solutions Consulting, Field Marketing, Solution Marketing, and Partners Team- Proactively report on the health of the business and business development campaigns3) Ensure the **efficient** functioning of the CRO to achieve group goals: sales bookings, revenue and margin growth.- Optimize and drive consistent best sales practice processes across the region; remove internal process inefficiencies to getting a deal done- Enable higher quality deals; ensure visibility to what we have, ensure control checkpoints in place and are adhered to by the sales team- Drive scalability of the operation4) Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to **elevate sales performance** and **drive growth**- Partner with sales training team to fill sales execution gaps- Bring new ideas to elevate sales performance- Drive a culture of innovation - seek opportunities to innovate to stay competitive and adapt to changing market demands5) Lead all CRO **communication and reporting, including group **blogs, townhalls, QBRs, trading updates, forecast updates, ad hoc requests)Qualifications:- A minimum of five years experience, ideally within the Banking and / or Technology sector, experience in Payments in as asset- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proven ability to present compellingly in English- Record of successfully driving teams of multiple stakeholders to the achievement of measurable outcomes- Ability to self-motivate and operate independently in an entrepreneurial high-growth culture- Experience leading teams and attaining internal buy-in/commitments from multiple stakeholder groups- Proficiency in MS Office (powerpoint, excel) is a must, proficiency in SFDC is an asset
