Maintain contact with drivers throughout the day.3. Monitor freight delivery status to ensure all route updates occur in a timely manner.Collaborate with dispatch team to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers.Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers.Communicate with freight brokers providing exceptional customer service.7. Provide assistance and information to all customers about their cargo, location and arrival to destination, in regards pickups, transit, and deliveries of various cargo.8. Work towards achieving the company's long-term growth goals and help improve processes.9. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge and skills required1. Multitasking, proactiveness, attention to details2. Good geographical knowledge of the US3. Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills,4. Degree in Engineer / Administration / Finance is a big plus7. Solid data entry skills with regard to speed and accuracy.8. Intermediate MS Excel skills.9. A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced office setting.10.
