Position TitlePayroll Implementation Specialist Category/ShiftSalaried Full-Time Physical LocationQueretaro The Job You Will Perform Ensures that all work is completed on time and in accordance with established procedures, while promoting safety. Manage end-to-end implementation of payroll processes for all employees. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Maintain compliance with local labor and tax regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Handle payroll-related inquiries and issues. Prepare and submit payroll reports to management. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and audit reporting. The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field. Proven experience in HR processes and payroll management. Knowledge of payroll software and systems. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strategic Thinking Regulatory Knowledge Technical Proficiency Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Time management skills and ability to meet standards (productivity and quality) in a fast paced environment.
