Sr Project Manager (Creative/Marketing)Preferred location: South Florida / Palms Beach, FLWe're looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to support our creative and marketing operations.This role ensures smooth day-to-day workflows, fast response times, and seamless coordination across teams and external partners.ResponsibilitiesRespond to branding inquiries and manage incoming emailsManage user access and permissions across creative/marketing applicationsUpload, organize, and maintain assets in our digital asset management (DAM) systemSupport general project management tasks across multiple simultaneous workstreamsTrack timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to keep projects moving smoothlyCoordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders as neededMaintain clear documentation, status updates, and operational processesIdeal profileAt least 5 years of relevant project management experienceExperience in creative, marketing, or brand-driven environmentsStrong project management and organizational skillsComfortable juggling multiple priorities with a high level of accuracyClear communicator who ensures follow-through and consistencyFamiliarity with DAM systems, creative tools, and agency workflowsAdditional InformationSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Marketing and SalesIndustries: Technology, Information and Internet#J-*****-Ljbffr
