Monterrey, MX OR RemoteTopBloc is a Workday boutique partner firm that provides fixed-time, fixed-price Workday deployment services and on-demand Workday support.Using our internal proprietary tool we are able to quickly implement Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials business processes and technology, letting our customers focus on their business while they gain immediate value.Once live, we also provide expertise and resources as needed to support the customer's individual Workday solution.TopBloc is committed to providing employees with an environment that provides continuous learning, career development, and a sense of belonging.We are looking for a Workday Project Manager who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.Requirements (What We're Looking For):Workday Project Management certification (Required)Fluent in English (Required)2+ years' experience project managing concurrent Workday HCM implementations for medium or large enterprise organizations with a Workday partner firm (Required)Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Adaptive certification (Required)Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs (Required)Experience using project management tools, Smartsheet (Preferred)Consulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company (Preferred)Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaborationAbility to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneouslyStrong communication skills, both written and oralAbility to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trustGood problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectationsResponsibilities (What You'll Do):Manage the implementation of multiple Medium Enterprise Workday projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentWork with TopBloc consultants to ensure projects are properly staffed and deliveredParticipate in the sales cycle including but not limited to gathering requirements and helping with SOWsEnsure company compliance with client contracts and successfully execute the Statement of WorkWork with the clients project managers to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time framesLead clients through hypercare and transition to TopBloc's Postproduction services teamEstablish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervisionAdvise clients on Workday best practicesPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerBenefits (What We're Offering):Fast-paced and result oriented work culture with competitive base salaryComprehensive legal benefits package in accordance with Mexican labor law plus:Christmas bonus (30 days)70% vacation bonus15 days off per yearHome office bonus or transportation bonus$1,600 food stampsPrivate medical insurance for you and your familyDental and Optical insuranceLife insuranceTraining platformAgreements with UniversitiesFinancial services (MINU)Total Pass GymTopBloc is an Equal Opportunity Employer#LI-REMOTE#J-*****-Ljbffr
