Business Analyst I

As a Business Analyst at ICON, you will analyze activity performance, develop accurate reporting tools, ensure consistent project reporting, conduct cost/benefit analyses, and drive continuous improvement efforts across the organization by collaborating with various departments.What You Will Be Doing:Develop and maintain custom sales and expense tracking dashboards.Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend action plans.Implement tools and analytical measures for guidance to finance, operations, and senior management.Manage Key Financial Performance Indicators (KPIs).Track, monitor, and update sales opportunities across business units.Coordinate revenue and backlog forecasting in collaboration with Finance.Provide regular reports on key financial metrics, participate in Salesforce software training, and assist in developing Project Management work process documents.Your Profile:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.3 to 6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analysis.Proficiency in using data visualization tools and dashboard creation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Salesforce software is a plus.What ICON can offer you:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
