Finance department is a part of the KM Global Customer Support division and Financial Accounting main area of expertise lies within supporting the business to achieve the rules, processes, and standards for financial recordkeeping, also supporting the systems that produce financial statements. An exciting opportunity has arisen VitAccounts Payable Analyst is responsible for processing vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time for Mexico, Chile, and Panama. This role ensures compliance with local tax and accounting requirements, supports month-end closing activities, and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Main responsibilities Daily Processing invoices and payments. Codes and enters invoice details, verifies approvals pkg, and ensures accurate payment processing Daily Verification of Accounting Mailboxes Maintaining up-to-date vendor profiles, handling contact information, and resolving payment-related disputes efficiently. Strengthening vendor relationships ensures smoother transactions and enhances credibility. Reviewing employee expense reports ensures alignment with company policies. Proper oversight prevents misuse and maintains accountability. Regular reconciliation of accounts payable ledgers ensures accurate postings and balances with vendor statements. This helps maintain consistency and error-free financial records. At least 2 years in an Audit/Accounting Firm Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions, and conditional formatting, are vital for data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of accounting software such as COI/CONTPAQ, alongside an understanding of financial reporting tools, helps in maintaining accurate financial records.
