Diversity, Equity & Inclusion are essential to continue building our history of pioneering and innovation, which has been impacting the health of more than 1 billion patients and consumers every day for more than 130 years.Regardless of your race, belief, sexual orientation, religion, or any other trait, YOU are welcome in all open positions at the largest healthcare company in the world.When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Move Could Mean Our Next Breakthrough.We are searching for the best talent for **PROCESS EGINEER I **to be in **Salvarcar.****JOB SUMMARY**Identifies and develops internal areas of opportunities through the DMAIIC methodology and tools of Excellency in processes with the purpose of reducing the manufacturing cost of the products and continue with the culture of continuous improvement and follows up in quality and regulatory requirements comprehended in the business strategy**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**Under (e.g. limited supervision, general direction, etc.) and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:- Identifies, designs and develops the necessary equipment.- Performs material tests.- Studies the processes to implement improvements.- Responsible for preparing and managing specifications.- Assists technicians and engineers about unusual problems.- Responsible for purchasing and designing equipment that meets safety and environment requirements.- Performs activities of process/product validation.- RESPONSIBILITIES OF SUPERVISION ENGINEERS 1 AND 2: Can supervise, coordinate and technically revise the work of a limited group of technicians.Responsible of evaluating and providing feedback in a timely manner, in performance and development plans for personnel in charge.- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures- Performs other duties assigned as needed**Qualifications**:**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION **Engineering, any specialty.Preferably knowledge in the medical industry.**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS**Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation, preferably in the medical industry.Experiment designKnowledge in statistical analysis toolsManagement of statistical procedures.Knowledge of computer programs.Oral and written communication in SpanishProcess Engineer II, Senior and Staff: Strong comprehension of standard costs and work standards.Process Engineer Senior and Staff: Knowledge of productive processes.Process Engineer Staff: Experimental Engineering techniques,Process Engineer I, Intermediate EnglishProcess Engineer II, Senior and Staff Advanced English
