Job Title: Freelance Software Engineer – AI Projects (Remote)Work Mode: Fully RemoteSchedule: Flexible (5–40 hours per week, based on project availability)Role OverviewWe are hiring for one of our clients to support AI development initiatives by reviewing, evaluating, and improving AI-generated software code.In this role, you will analyze code for correctness, clarity, efficiency, and reliability, and provide structured feedback to help enhance AI system performance. This is a flexible, remote opportunity well-suited for software engineers seeking project-based, asynchronous work.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and answer computer science and programming-related questions to train AI modelsReview, analyze, and evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practicesProvide clear, constructive, and structured feedback to improve AI responsesExplain technical and programming concepts clearly in Spanish and English, as requiredContribute to multiple projects based on skills, experience, and availabilityFollow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related fieldSpanish proficiency required for job-related tasks; English proficiency preferredStrong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly in written formPreferred: 1+ year of relevant professional experience in software development or related rolesEligibility RequirementsCandidates must be legally authorized to work in one of the following locations:Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Guatemala, Honduras, Puerto Rico, or the Dominican RepublicCompensationHourly compensation ranges from USD $15–$32, depending on experience and task complexityPayments are issued weekly via supported payout platforms (e.g., PayPal or AirTM)Contractors are responsible for applicable taxesFull compensation details are provided prior to task acceptanceWork ArrangementFully remote and asynchronousFlexible workload depending on project availabilityEqual Opportunity StatementSelection decisions are based solely on skills, qualifications, and project requirements.
