**Detailed R&R**:- Responsible for formulating and improving the standardization of company's logistics management system, standardizing logistics management functions and processes, clarifying and refining the objectives of medium and long-term logistics planning and management, and meeting the requirements of company's business development.- Responsible for coordinating and promoting the planning scheme and cost control of the new production base/ new factory in terms of logistics layout, logistics routes, logistics equipment, etc.Support and participate in the logistics planning and logistics standardization of new projects, and meet the project schedule, cost control and customer satisfaction.- Effectively organize and use company's logistics resources, effectively use logistics automation technology and information technology for scientific data analysis and evaluation, study the best logistics management practices within the supply chain, and support the realization of lean logistics in intelligent manufacturing.- Support and promote the standardized management of company's logistics and transportation, and participate in the definition and improvement of logistics transportation methods, transportation routes, transportation times and other contents.- Support and promote company's material packaging specifications and standardized management, and pursue the optimization of packaging management costs.- Support and participate in the delivery quality management and logistics service quality management of suppliers, and strive to improve the management capabilities of key suppliers.- Pay attention to the ability training of the logistics management team, and promote the improvement of team members' ability in knowledge structure, problem solving, organizational coordination, sustainable development and other aspects.Support company's logistics management talent training and reserves.- Capability should meet customers' specific requirement.- Mentor and train staff to use their talent and ensure the effective implementation of CID and succession plan, and continuously improving staff engagement.**Qualification****Educational Background**:Bachelor degree or above, with logistics management or related professional knowledge is preferred.**Experience**:- 5 years related working experience, of which more than 3 years of management positions.**Knowledge & skills**:- Familiar with SAP or other ERPs and logistics management systems.- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.- Excellent communication, coordination and team management skills
