Senior Video Editor

A creative agency specializing in high-quality short-form content, social ads, and premium visuals is looking for a senior video editor who can manage projects end-to-end, from raw footage to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Edit high-performing short-form content for IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads.
Craft visually engaging videos with strong pacing, transitions, and storytelling.
Perform advanced color grading, motion graphics (After Effects), and sound design.
Ensure brand consistency and deliver agency-level, polished videos.
Take full ownership of projects from start to finish.
Requirements
3+ years of professional video editing experience.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Strong skills in color grading, audio mixing, and short-form social editing.
Fast, accurate workflow with excellent organization and minimal revisions.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality short-form work.
Bonus Skills
DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, motion graphics, architecture/real estate content, and marketing intuition.
Pay: Up to $1,500/month (full-time).
