**About the Role**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage the **full contract lifecycle**, including drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating complex procurement agreements (master agreements, SOWs, amendments, renewals, etc.).- **Negotiate legal and commercial terms** with suppliers while mitigating business risks.- Collaborate with **internal stakeholders** (legal, finance, procurement) to secure approvals and ensure compliance.- Maintain and update the **Contract Management System** and centralized document storage.- Work on **strategic sourcing deals** across various categories (HR, professional services, IT/software, marketing, finance, etc.).- Ensure adherence to **corporate policies, deadlines, and procurement best practices**.**Minimum Qualifications**:- **Bachelor's degree** in Law, Procurement, Business, or a related field.- **5+ years** of hands-on experience in **drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement contracts**.- **2+ years** in **strategic sourcing** within a large indirect procurement environment.- **US visa** (Monthly visits to our headquarters in San Diego.).- **Advanced English proficiency** (written and spoken).**Preferred Qualifications**:- Strong understanding of **legal and business risk assessment** in contracts.- Experience with **Contract Management Systems** (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, DocuSign).- Ability to work under **tight deadlines** in a **cross-functional, multicultural team**.- Excellent **customer service skills**, including executive-level communication.- Knowledge of **competitive bidding, supplier performance management, and cost analysis**.**How to Apply**:Pay: $1,****** - $1,****** per day**Experience**:- drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement contracts: 3 years (required)- strategic sourcing for indirect procurement: 2 years (required)Work Location: In person
