About the team The Lifecycle Marketing Operations Teamis dedicated to improving the efficiency and effectiveness ofZillow's owned marketing channels. Our mission is to accelerateexecution, ensure the health of our channels, and increase theiroverall impact to drive success for our organization. The team isthe primary expert on email, SMS, push notification and in-appmessaging channels. Partner closely with our marketing strategy,data science and technology teams to configure and launch newchannels and campaigns that drive business objectives and alignwith channel and audience health benchmarks. Use expertise inMarTech tools and audience data to define requirements and deliverfinal outputs. Enhance channels by leading initiatives to developnew processes and technical capabilities, unlock new features orshare insights to inform testing and learning strategies, improvemessaging capabilities, streamline data and maintain operationalexcellence in systems. This role leansheavily into hands-on-keyboard work, but also requires programmanagement and a collaborative mindset to work effectively acrossteams. If you like solving complex problems and are passionateabout enabling marketing teams to deliver the vision of Zillow 2.0,we want to hear from you You Will Get To: - Partner with marketingstrategy teams to recommend campaign configuration based on yourknowledge of platform capabilities, audience data and marketingrequirements. - Build campaigns in our Customer Data Platform (CDP)and Email Service Provider (ESP) platforms; including creating orupdating HTML email templates, audience segments, journeyconfiguration, and being responsible for QA and final send. - Buildand supervise channel and audience health reports in partnershipwith our data and marketing technology teams, regularly reviewinghow our campaigns align with benchmarks and sharing insights withour marketing strategy partners. - Gain familiarity with internaldata and sources. Use this understanding to define and standardizeaudiences, and guide experimentation in our CDP / ESP. - Constantlysearch for and drive opportunities to improve operationalefficiency, with a specific eye toward speed-to-market, dataaccuracy and channel health. This role has been categorized as ateleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporateoffice workplace and, instead, work from a physical location oftheir choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees maylive in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as wewould encourage attendance for occasional in-office events. Inaddition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this positionis also eligible for equity awards based on factors such asexperience, performance and location. Who you are - Lifecyclemarketer with technical expertise, capable of buildingbest-in-class marketing campaigns with CRM, CDP, and ESP platforms.- Can translate marketing requirements into technical requirements.You're able to quickly understand the business use case andenvision how to efficiently build the final product using MarTech.- Understand how data can be used to define customers andaudiences. You have experience using reports and data to inform andinfluence campaign decisions. - Committed to operationalexcellence. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience working inchannel marketing or marketing operations, with hands-on experiencecreating and owning campaign builds and sends. Email experience,including HTML/CSS experience is required. - Ability to thinkcritically, be self-motivated, and navigate ambiguity. -Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and experienceinteracting with both business and engineering individuals. -Competent in Excel, JIRA, Litmus and Tableau PreferredQualifications - SMS / Push Notification / Mobile experience abonus. - Experience using Confluence, G Suite, and Simon Datapreferred. - Professional application of agile methodologies(specifically Scrum) is a plus. - SQL a bonus.
