**Master Scheduler Lead**:**Take your next career step at ABB with a global team that is energizing the transformation of society and industry to achieve a more productive, sustainable future.At ABB, we have the clear goal of driving diversity and inclusion across all dimensions: gender, LGBTQ+, abilities, ethnicity and generations.Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Lead Supply Planning, Inventory Management and Resource Management in the Regional Distribution Center (RDC) or Local Sales Organization (DC).To drive planning initiatives to improve customer on time delivery, and Lead-Time, to be accountable for inventory and supply plan adherence.**This position reports to**:Planning & Fulfillment Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Generating detailed the Master Scheduler Lead for designated products.- Utilize the production capacity, taking into consideration the sales forecast, historical sales, and new business opportunities.- Perform supply-demand analysis each quarter, highlighting areas of concern for the next 12 months.- Make delivery commitments on MTO products, which involve checking uncommitted material and availability of capacity.Develop inventory targets and manage production to achieve targeted inventory levels on both a cost and unit basis.- Maintain finished goods inventory at target levels to ensure high service levels, i.e., product availability.Ensure coordination with plant schedulers to execute the Production Plan on a weekly and monthly basis.- Monitor actual output versus the Master Production Plan on a weekly basis.- Identify gaps and drive solutions on production performance relative to the requested production schedule.**Your background**:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain with Materials, Schedulir, Planning, etc.- Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities.- Advanced level of English required.- Proficiency in SAP and Office.- Experience using MRP / ERP systems, especially Advance Planning Systems.- Experience working with MTS-MTO Production Systems.**More about us**:
