Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee our recruiting efforts within the Latin American region. This role will manage a small team of recruiters and play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization mainly but not limited to the following functions : IT, Research & Development, Logistics & Supply Chain across the LATAM market. Responsibilities Lead a team of recruiters & workload assignment- Provide coaching and mentorship to the team as well as setting performance goals and conducting regular performance reviews. Act as talent advisor and foster partnerships with stakeholders by conducting regular meetings to provide KPIs and relevant market data- Conduct strategic kick off conversations with hiring managers and support the job description creation process. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to drive effectiveness around time, cost, skill set, and diversity- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Lead / Participate in project work and technology reviews and implementations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate and / or agency environment English proficiency (spoken & written) Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting in multiple LATAM countries. Prior people management experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
