Oversee the integration of REST Web Services to ensure seamless communication between different system components. Provide technical expertise in Core Java to enhance application functionality and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives in the Transportation and Logistics domain. Implement PL/SQL solutions to manage and manipulate data efficiently ensuring data integrity and security. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and reduce downtime. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards are maintained. Mentor junior developers fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team. Analyze system requirements and propose innovative solutions to meet business needs. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality. Develop documentation and technical guides to support system maintenance and user training. Qualifications Possess extensive experience in Spring Boot and Microservices demonstrating a strong ability to develop scalable applications. Have a deep understanding of REST Web Services enabling seamless integration and communication across systems. Demonstrate proficiency in Core Java showcasing the ability to enhance application performance and user experience. Exhibit strong skills in PL/SQL ensuring efficient data management and manipulation. Bring domain expertise in Transportation and Logistics aligning technical solutions with industry needs.
