This role requires a strong technical foundation, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for all technical and functional matters related to the assigned platform—driving reliability, performance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Act as the application lead, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operation and serving as the liaison between business and technical teams. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and clients to troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions. Monitor application health, performance, and security using tools such as New Relic, Datadog or Dynatrace. Participate an incident analysis, documentation, and follow‑up to ensure permanent solutions. Support platform operations, configuration and integration with other systems. Ensure compliance with internal standards for quality, security and availability. Represent the technical team in stakeholder meetings, clearly communicating updates and recommendations. Technical Expertise Databases: Querying, connectivity and performance monitoring. Languages: Java conceptual understanding for systems integration. File Transfers: FTP/SFTP configuration and management. Networking: F5 load balancers (rules and traffic monitoring). What We’re Looking For A mature confident professional with track record of working directly with clients and vendors. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences. Proactive and self‑motivated, capable of identifying problems and driving improvements. A team player who collaborates effectively across technical and functional areas.
