**Vacante para la empresa BACK OFFICE DE CHIHUAHUA en Chihuahua, Chihuahua**:**JOIN US**Solvo Global empresa dedicada al staffing industry, conecta talento bilingüe para brindar emocionantes oportunidades de laborar a distancia con empresas estadounidenses.Si cuentas con nível de inglés B2-C1+ y experiência en el área esta oportunidad es para tiTrabaja remoto en México para una compañía extranjera.We are seeking an experienced IP Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic and collaborative team at our Chicago office.As a vital member supporting our litigation practice, you will play a significant role in the firm's continued success.We're looking for a loyal, team-oriented, and detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.**Key Responsibilities**:Litigation SupportAssist attorneys through all phases of litigation, with a focus on intellectual property cases (trademark, copyright, patent).Conduct legal research and provide analytical support for case strategy development.Document ManagementPrepare and file legal documents in the Northern District of Illinois (NDIL) courts with proficiency in the ECF (Electronic Case Filing) system.Schedule and coordinate depositions, subpoenas, and manage document production.Case Management & Legal DocumentationGather materials from clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.Draft and file legal documents including attorney appearances, notices, and motions.Coordinate service of process, filings, and communications with local counsel.Maintain dockets, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings.Trial & Hearing PreparationLead trial and hearing preparations, including exhibit compilation and pretrial documentation.Organize and manage trial exhibits and transcripts.- ECF System experience is requiredWork modality:RemoteShift Schedule: Monday To Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CSTCompetitive Salary**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Legal**Industria**:Servicios Públicos
