Job DescriptionAs a Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and services to support the organization's business objectives.Key responsibilities include : - Providing expert legal guidance on various aspects of law, including corporate, environment, compliance, labor, incident management, regulatory, litigation, and more.Collaborating with the corporate compliance function to address speaking up complaints, code of conduct, policies, FCPA certification, and related issues.Leading the local Incident Management Team to ensure effective response to incidents.Developing and implementing a legal unit strategy to manage resources, budgets, and teams to achieve business objectives.Additionally, you will work closely with marketing, new product development functions, supply chain, commercial, and human resources teams to ensure efficient collaboration and achievement of company goals.Preferred Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's Degree in Law; MBA preferred.Experience : 15+ years of broad-based legal leadership experience in positions as a Legal Director in food or beverage corporations or in a legal firm.Skills and Abilities : - Strong analytical skills to analyze complex legal information and provide strategic advice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with executive-level customers and partners.
