Mexico City, Mexico Tech Hiring – Senior Testing Manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Management, computer system engineering or related. 10+ years of professional experience in Operations and/or Technology areas. Advanced English proficiency. At least 7 years of experience in Testing Program Management, managing complex implementation projects. Preferably experience in Finance areas. Key Responsibilities Define program execution model and governance for key core end-to-end functions such as: Defect manager, Environment manager, Release Manager, Batch manager, and Performance/NFR manager. Orchestrate the E2E Testing Program design, aligning inter‑dependencies and requirements from LOBs Testing Managers/Leads. Elaborate and track the Testing E2E integrated plan at the deliverables level. Coordinate the creation and ramp‑up plan alongside LOBs/Functions testing Managers/Leads considering all ecosystem interdependencies. Manage E2E Defect manager and lead Environment manager, Release Manager, Batch manager and Performance/NFR manager. Hybrid Work Arrangement Hybrid in Mexico City – 3 days per week in the office.
