As a Sales Engineer specializing in the general auto industry and construction sectors, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to promote and sell our products/services.Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.You will act as a crucial link between the sales team, engineering department, and clients, driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:- Technical Sales Support:- Understand and convey the technical specifications of products/services to customers in the auto and construction industries.- Provide technical consultation to clients, assisting them in selecting the right products/services to meet their needs.- Develop and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and product training to customers and internal teams.- Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the auto and construction sectors.- Identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.- Regularly visit customer sites, attend industry trade shows, and conduct product demonstrations.- Sales Strategy & Execution:- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the auto and construction markets.- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals.- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the post-sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.- Market Research & Product Development:- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements in the auto and construction sectors.- Provide feedback to the product development team to assist in creating products that meet market demand.- Assist in the development of marketing materials and strategies tailored to target markets.- Reporting & Documentation:- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using Customer Relationship tools.- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting sales performance, market insights, and areas for improvement.Qualifications:- Education:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.A technical background is highly preferred.- English proficiency is mandatory- Experience:- 3-5 years of experience in a sales engineering role, preferably in the auto or construction industry.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Experience with Customer Relationship and sales analytics tools.- Skills:- Strong technical understanding of auto and construction products/services.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly.- Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.Preferred Qualifications:- Professional certifications related to sales or engineering.- Experience working with cross-functional teams.- Knowledge of regulatory standards in the auto and construction industries.**Benefits**:- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.- Health, dental, and vision insurance.- Professional development opportunities.- Travel reimbursementPay: $30,****** - $35,****** per monthWork Location: In person
