We are looking for 4 experienced Senior Consultants to support a critical logistics and industrialization project for a major automotive client.ResponsibilitiesEnsure process stabilization and secure production capacity across logistics systems.Monitor industrialization progress and identify process bottlenecks.Support ramp‑up production planning and supplier readiness toward SOP.Calculate and track OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness); identify main disruptors.Define corrective actions, assign responsible parties, and monitor implementation deadlines.Present daily performance indicators and reports to customer.Assist suppliers in planning and executing both temporary and permanent control measures.Track production volume versus OEM requirements and report deviations proactively.Support supplier failure management processes and provide structured problem‑solving coaching.Be available for on‑site shifts, including night shift coverage when necessary.QualificationsProven senior‑level experience in the automotive industry.VDA certification required.Expertise in industrialization and technology transfer.Deep knowledge in logistics and supply chain management.Experience with critical suppliers and strong problem‑solving capabilities.Leadership mindset with an objective‑driven, hands‑on approach.Excellent communication and reporting skills for management‑level stakeholders.High resilience and ability to perform under pressure.Fluent in English and Spanish.BenefitsExperience our open atmosphere, in which we work together as partners.
