First Brands Group is a global automotive parts company that develops, markets and sells premium products through a portfolio of nine market-leading brands: Raybestos complete brake solutions, Centric Parts replacement brake components, FRAM filtration products, LuberFiner filtration products, TRICO wiper blades, ANCO wiper blades, Carter fuel and water pumps, Autolite spark plugs, and StrongArm lift supports.The First Brands Group portfolio of world-class brands offers best-in-class technology, industry-leading engineering capabilities, and superior customer service.First Brands Group is hiring for a Chemical Engineer (PU System, Polyurethane, Polyols) for our engineering division for our office in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua.Diseñar, desarrollar, optimizar y supervisar procesos industriales en los que se alteren materiales para crear productos químicos.Analizar y resuelver problemas en procesos existentes y desarrollar soluciones para mejorar la productividad y eficiencia.También crean modelos y simulaciones para probar el rendimiento de nuevos procesos, productos y equipos.Los ingenieros químicos trabajan en garantizar que se cumplan los estándares de control de calidad y seguridad.RESPONSABILIDADESEs responsable de diseñar, desarrollar e implementar nuevos y mejores elementos y formulaciones con Polioles, PU System y poliuretanos.Es responsable de realizar pruebas para evaluar la eficiencia de los procesos y formulaciones.Diseña e implementa protocolos de seguridad para la producción química (PU systems, Poliuretano y Polioles).Participa en investigación de las propiedades de las sustancias y cómo interactúan entre sí además de su reactividad.Habilidades Técnicas: Sólidos conocimientos de química, física y matemáticas, y capacidad para utilizar software de ingeniería y herramientas de modelado.Creación desde 0 de recetas para adhesivos, termofusiones, poliuretanos y polioles.Diseña e implementa protocolos de seguridad para la producción química.Previsión de reacciones químicas y manejo de las mismas para el control de los elementos formados.Participa en investigación de las propiedades de las sustancias y cómo interactúan entre sí.Generación de recetas para elementos en polioles.Formulación para poliuretanos, adhesivos, termofusibles así como contemplación y previsión de la reactividad del elemento.La información de este perfil intenta describir el nivel y la naturaleza del trabajo o desempeño por una persona asignada a esta clasificación y no intenta ser una lista completa de deberes, responsabilidades y habilidades requeridas para el puesto.REQUISITOS DE EDUCACIÓNCarrera de Ingeniería Química terminada (deseable o campo relacionado)IDIOMAInglés Intermedio; capaz de comprender textos simplesEXPERIENCIA Y HABILIDADES5 años de experiencia en posición similar.Adhesivo termofusible para embalaje.Industria farmacéuticaEnergía y petroquímicaPlásticosPolioles e isocianatos, indispensable conocimiento en manejo de químicosQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status#J-*****-Ljbffr
