Are you inspired by challenging the status quo?Do you thrive in collaborative environments that drive results?If so, Gates could be for you.Let's simplify it, think belts and hoses.Found in motorcycles, conveyor belts, cars, tractors, blenders, vacuum cleaners, bicycles, & 3D printers just to name a few.Because why not do it all?**WHAT TO EXPECT**As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team Gates Corporation has an exciting opportunity for a **Global Sourcing Contract Analyst**.In this role you will manage contract SOWs and Change Orders and maintain the tools used to track contracts and supplier relationships in IT Global Sourcing.This will include working with the IT Global Sourcing shared drive, Consultant Resource Log (CRL), Software Maintenance Log, DocuSign administration, IT Global Sourcing Savings Log and Contractor management database requests for review and approval.**Key responsibilities (to name a few)**:- Negotiate, prepare, and execute IT contracts: professional service and maintenance contracts - e.g., Statements of Work (SOW) or Change Orders (CO).- Cross-reference previous contracts to current contracts and the ability to understand basic contract language and interpretation of terms and conditions.- Understanding of (IT) contract terms with existing suppliers as well as contract management for new suppliers.- Supporting software license and asset management processes; including data analysis for software assets to support contract negotiations, processing maintenance renewals and gathering all data for software audits.- Monitor contract/agreement expiration dates to ensure appropriate action (extend, terminate, and renegotiate).- Meeting global compliance and government reporting requirements by assisting with managing the Consultant Resource Log (CRL) and approvals for Contractor management database requests for provisioning and deprovisioning IT Contractors based on Statement of Work (SOW) terms.- Assisting with the IT maintenance tool in SharePoint to ensure all maintenance contracts for hardware, software and services are being accurately tracked.- Generating quarterly reports to meet IT Compliance requirements.- Gathering and analyzing pricing requests and creating pricing for proposal process- Supporting IT sourcing and contract management processes by streamlining and managing the cost savings log, rate cards, and pre-contract supplier security surveys.- Performing contract administration tasks including managing the DocuSign signature process in compliance with the DOA for full contract execution and maintaining the weekly CIO signature report.- Responds to various requests from internal and external stakeholders and ensures all appropriate actions are taken and/or communicated to manager.- Managing the IT Contracts directory to store all documents and easily retract for contract reviews as well as managing IT contracts in the new legal corporate contract management tool - Conga.**ABOUT YOU**- 3 + years of progressive and relevant experience with contract management is highly desirable or paralegal experience - College / University degree preferred- 2 years of IT, procurement, finance or legal - contract administration experience- 2 years of data and tool management experience- Extremely thorough and detail oriented, as the position largely consists of reading through contractual documents line by line.- Familiarity with drafting and editing contracts, demonstrating excellent attention to detail abilities.- Excellent communicator an understanding of contract agreements, and legal terminology.- Strong integrity and sound judgement- Excellent writing skills, often required to redline, write or rewrite contracts.- They must also be able to manage their time efficiently, as many contracts and deals are time sensitive.- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and have an aptitude with various systems including the ability to easily learn new software- Prioritization and organizational skills to execute and manage many tasks concurrently- Advanced Microsoft Office and Sharepoint skills and experience with logging and tracking contracts / documents within Conga, and Docusign- Experience with performing KPI measurements, data metrics and cost analysis- Knowledge of IT disciplines to include Infrastructure and Applications- Strong communication skills both written and verbal- Self-motivated, confident and detail-oriented- Leadership skills to include Influence, Accountability and Integrity- Facilitation skills: Active listening, organizing work with colleagues e.g. meetings, planning sessions, timekeeping management.- Regular and reliable attendance**PAY & BENEFITS**- Full-Time- Relocation not providedLI-MC1
