Join to apply for the DevOps Engineer Specialist role at McDonald'sMcDonald's growth strategy, Accelerating the Arches, encompasses all aspects of our business as the leading global omni-channel restaurant brand.Our core growth strategy focuses on Delivery, Digital and Drive Thru, enabling 65M+ customers a day to experience fast, easy service through Drive Thrus, McDelivery, dine-in or takeaway.McDonald's Global Technology powers tomorrow's feel-good moments by digitizing the Golden Arches with AI, robotics and emerging tech.We are recruiting engineers for our Global Technology team in Mexico City to build solutions that improve customer, crew and employee experiences.Job DescriptionAs a DevOps Engineer Specialist on our Identity and Access Engineering team, you will partner with the Senior DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer to shape our infrastructure-as-code, streamline deployments, and ensure the Engineering Team can build secure, observable, and resilient identity and access (IA) applications that protect critical information and resources.This is a phenomenal opportunity to evolve and improve the global identity and access management platform at the world's largest restaurant company.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.Build automation for creating and managing AWS accounts and Azure subscriptions; deploy and manage cloud resource management platforms for AWS & Azure.Integrate security tools and practices into the CI/CD lifecycle, including SAST, DAST, and SCA (e.g., Snyk).Manage secrets securely using Azure Key Vault and enforce secure coding practices across development teams.Support containerization strategies using Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes.Contribute to all aspects of the agile development life cycle, including design, development, documentation, testing, and operations.Fix and resolve technical issues related to the identity and access platform components.Participate in efforts to drive elimination of technical debt and continuous improvement in delivery speed, quality, value, and applied innovation.Qualifications2+ years of professional experience as a DevOps or DevSecOps Engineer, with a strong focus on automation and security.1+ years hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.1+ years supporting cloud native applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Docker, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid, and Service Bus.Experience implementing Git flow, branching strategies, repository configurations (policies, security), and automation.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and ARM templates.Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.Proven knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms) with a specific focus on C# and .NET.Test automation with unit tests included in the pipeline.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across remote teams and a global organization.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts, protocols, and technologies, including identity provisioning, authentication, authorization, RBAC, SSO, and federation.Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including risk management, access controls, and secure coding principles.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesRestaurantsReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at McDonald's by 2x.#J-*****-Ljbffr
