Record to Report Accountant About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented R2R Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting this role youll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting month-end closings reconciliations and ensuring compliance with internal and external accounting standards. Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting 3 years of experience in Record to Report or general accounting Advanced English and Spanish communication skills (verbal & written) Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS US GAAP or local standards) Experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or multinational environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite) Key Responsibilities Perform monthly quarterly and year-end closings in compliance with IFRS / GAAP. Prepare journal entries account reconciliations and financial reports. Ensure accurate and timely posting of financial transactions. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation. Analyze variances and provide explanations for management reporting. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally with AP AR FP&A and tax teams. What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
